Note: Switch2 can only attend your property and address faults with the communal heating and hot water system. This includes the meters and consumer interface unit (heat exchanger) equipment in each flat. The hot water and heating system beyond the meters and the consumer interface units are the responsibility of the leaseholder or Moat (in the case of social housing). This includes the filter system in the ventilation unit which should be cleaned annually. If the problem is with equipment inside your flat you will need to contact an engineer of your choice to address the issue.
