One Brighton Energy Services (OBES)
is the not for profit company that provides low and zero carbon energy and high quality customer services on an affordable basis to the residents of One Brighton.
OBES operates and maintains the on-site low/zero carbon and other energy generation equipment including the biomass boiler, photovoltaic array and the associated communal energy distribution system at One Brighton.

OBES is an Energy Services Company (ESCO) established to manage the sustainable energy supply at One Brighton. OBES maintains and upgrades the energy infrastructure according to the site’s zero carbon commitment and strategy.
Our aim to provide 100% renewable energy to the residents of One Brighton. This is made possible by an on-site biomass boiler and securing certified renewable electricity to add to the PV array on Pullman Haul.
